Platform Terms of Use

These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) explain how the Albion Credmere platform may be used. They set out the respective rights and responsibilities of you, as the user, and the platform operator. Read them carefully before accessing the platform, creating an account or completing a transaction. Together, they provide the binding legal framework for both parties.

Creating an account, signing in, using a feature or otherwise interacting with Albion Credmere means that you accept these Terms of Use in full. The platform is available only to adults aged 18 or above. Minors and anyone without legal capacity are prohibited from using it. Where your age is uncertain, we may suspend, limit or remove the relevant account.

Access may be affected from time to time by technical faults, planned maintenance, system updates or service outages, including issues linked to market volatility, unusually heavy server demand or events outside our control. We work to maintain reliable availability, but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Features, algorithms, pricing information or available markets may be amended, added or discontinued at any time, without creating a claim against Albion Credmere.

Platform materials, including written content, imagery, layouts, software, algorithms, trade marks, logos and AI-generated analyses, are protected by copyright, trade mark law and other intellectual property rights owned by Albion Credmere or its licensors. Copying, distributing, publicly sharing or using these materials commercially without our advance written consent is prohibited and may lead to civil or criminal enforcement.

You are responsible for submitting information that is accurate, complete and current, including your identity, contact and payment details. False, incomplete or deceptive information may lead to account suspension, limits on withdrawals or legal proceedings. We handle personal information in line with our privacy policy and applicable UK data protection requirements, including the UK GDPR, using appropriate security and transparency measures.

You remain solely responsible for every investment or trading decision made through Albion Credmere, whether placed manually or generated through AI automation, and accept the associated risks. Albion Credmere supplies technical tools and infrastructure only; it does not provide individual financial advice, recommendations or profit assurances. Markets such as equities and cryptocurrencies may move sharply and you could lose all of your capital. Previous performance does not predict future outcomes. Commit only funds you can afford to lose.

These Terms may be revised or extended when needed, including because of regulatory developments, technical changes or evolving market requirements. Where appropriate, we will provide notice, normally no later than 14 days before the changes take effect, by email, platform message or website notice. If you continue using the platform after the revised Terms apply, you will be treated as having accepted them. For material changes, you may choose to close your account.

We place clarity and protection at the centre of our service. Our measures include modern encryption, periodic reviews, segregated client funds and robust KYC/AML controls. Platform activity and transactions are documented in a clear, traceable manner. We aim to work with users fairly, openly and responsibly, with the protection of your trust as a central priority.
